Do I need to create a new account?

Yes. Customer profiles from the old website unfortunately won’t be transferred, so you’ll need to set up a new account on the new site. It’s quick and easy! Our new account has a bunch of new features that allows you to follow along with our live production tracker and download your artwork files!

Can I still access my old dropshipping store?

You sure can! Head to your store URL (eg: "www.__________.theprintbar.com") and use your admin username and password to log in.
