  • That our website, printing services, or Shopify integration will operate without error, interruption, or downtime;
  • That syncing between The Print Bar and Shopify will be free from variant mismatches, duplication, or data delays;
  • That delivery timeframes will be met exactly as estimated — production turnaround does not include courier delivery time and is affected by the shipping method selected;
  • That user-uploaded content will yield a precise or expected result, especially where artwork quality or garment selection is suboptimal.

Store Owners acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Print Bar is not responsible for the configuration or management of your Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, artwork placement, tax setup, or stock syncing;
  • Store Owners are solely responsible for ensuring that their settings, product listings, and payment methods are accurate and functional;
  • The Print Bar will not be liable for failed payments, order issues, or delays due to errors in automation, misconfigured integrations, or insufficient billing details;
  • Shopify platform outages, API limits, or third-party app conflicts are outside of The Print Bar’s control and liability.

  • If The Print Bar is contacted by a rights holder or regulator, we may be required to pause production and notify you.

The Print Bar does not accept liability for user-submitted content and does not pre-screen uploads. If we believe content may be risky or harmful, we’ll reach out to work through a solution wherever possible.

11.9 Third-Party Platform Limitations

The Print Bar’s Shopify integration and related services rely on third-party platforms, such as Shopify, for key technical operations including order syncing, product publishing, and billing logic.

While we make every effort to maintain stable integrations, The Print Bar is not responsible for errors, limitations, or disruptions that may occur due to:

  • Shopify outages or API issues;
  • Limitations on product or variant listings imposed by Shopify;
  • Conflicts with other apps installed on a Store Owner’s Shopify store;
  • Delays or failures in webhooks or syncing caused by external factors.

Store Owners are responsible for monitoring their product listings, store settings, and order imports regularly to ensure continued compatibility. The Print Bar cannot guarantee uninterrupted or flawless performance of services that depend on third-party systems.

We encourage Store Owners to stay informed about changes in Shopify’s policies, system behaviours, or feature limitations that may affect the integration.

11.10 Termination

By The Print Bar:  The Print Bar may suspend or terminate a Store Owner’s integration access at any time for breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or technical necessity.

By the Store Owner:  Users may disconnect the integration at any time and cease use of The Print Bar’s services. Pending orders will still be processed unless cancelled per our order policy.

Effect of Termination:  Upon termination, The Print Bar may retain order and account data as required for operational, legal, or tax purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.

11.11 General

Indemnification:  Store Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Print Bar from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from user-generated content, customer disputes, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law:  These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability:  If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.

No Partnership Created:  Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between The Print Bar and Store Owners.
