No minimum orders

DTF is perfect for small orders and does also scale well. To get a few quick custom t-shirts or totes printed, it takes no time, and if you’re looking for bulk orders, the printing method is more time efficient when compared to digital printing, the only difference is the heat press.

Our garment recommendations

DTF is down for anything really. We recommend it for sportswear, workwear, loungewear, hats and totes. As it’s activated by heat press, it’s much more widely able to be applied to different garment types. Just find the huge range available through filtering on Our Products page.

Custom Sportswear with DTF

Choosing DTF printing for custom sportswear is like giving your team gear a VIP treatment. It brings out vibrant colours and intricate details, adding that pro touch to jerseys. So, if you're aiming for sportswear that not only looks top-notch but also stands up to the game, DTF is your MVP in the printing game.

Pricing

Prices vary depending on the garment you're printing on and the number of sides printed on. Our flat rate is the garment cost + $8.50 per side printed. For front and back designs, this would be the garment cost + $8.50 front + $8.50 back and any added shipping of course!

Tips

For the best custom DTF outcomes, we recommend:

  • Supplying a high resolution image
  • Making sure that text isn’t too small so it can remain legible.

DTF Quality & feel

A final Direct to Film (DTF) transfer print has a distinct and premium feel in your hands. The texture is typically smooth, soft, and seamless, blending effortlessly with the fabric. The design becomes an integral part of the material, providing a tactile experience that is both comfortable and durable. Unlike some other printing methods, DTF achieves a high-quality finish with vivid colours and intricate details, making the print feel integrated and part of the fabric rather than a separate layer.

DTF Process

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a process where designs are printed on a special film, creating vibrant, detailed images. The film is then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure, resulting in durable and high-quality prints.

This innovative technique ensures precision and flexibility, making it ideal for customising various items with intricate designs.
