How do I track my order?

You can track your order through accessing your account and navigating to the dashboard, there you’ll find the printing update. Once printed, you’ll receive a tracking number from AusPost the evening your order is shipped. Postage will typically be overnight if you select express post. Otherwise, regular post depends on your location.

What happens when my desired item is out of stock?

Occasionally one of our suppliers may be out of stock, and they’ll let us know when to expect it again. In this situation, we’ll get in touch with you to see whether you’d like to wait, replace the item, or print something else.

How long do orders normally take?

Accepted Answer

Orders usually take 14 days from ordering till we ship out. If you need your order by a certain date, let us know, or order specifically from our Same Day range. Embroidery and Promotional items, such as books and umbrellas, can take a minimum 21 days. We’re always aiming to give you the best outcomes, and this means regular quality control checks. Occasionally, a printed garment may not meet our standards, and we’ll need to reorder the stock to complete your order. This may change your delivery date, but we’ll keep you updated.

How much will shipping cost?

We ship Australia-wide at $10 for the first item, then 0.25c per item after that. We also do a flat rate of $20 for international shipping.

How does shipping work?

All orders are shipped out or ready for pickup locally (in Melbourne/Naarm or Brisbane/Meanjin) within 7 to 21 days, unless you order a product from our Same Day category. These items get shipped out or are ready for pickup locally at 5pm if it was ordered before 11am on the same day.

I’ve received my order and something’s not quite right. What can I do?

It’s a bummer when things aren’t quite right, so please get in touch and we’ll get on to rectifying your issue. The Print Bar takes its promise of quality very seriously.

My order is late, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

We always aim to deliver your order on time, but if you haven’t heard from us and the due date on your invoice has passed, please email us and we’ll follow up for you. If you have a date or event you need this for, please drop us an email at sales@theprintbar.com before you place your order so we can confirm if we can get them to you on time.
